Requirements:


* Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture, Others, Urban Studies/Town Planning or equivalent.

* Required good communition skill (English/ Mandarin) to be able to understand designer requirement.

* Required skill(s): 3d studio Viz, Vray, Photohsop CS2 & Auto CAD.

* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Applicants must be willing to work in City Hall.

* Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

You will utilize your creative, space planning and conceptual skills to carry out design production drawings in Interior Design Concept Development & Presentation, Design Implementation for Offices, Retails and commercial building upgrading works. Ensure design production excellence of projects within timeline and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Recognised qualification interior design, architecture or equivalent
  
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience
  
• Enjoy working on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline
  
• Good at problem-solving and lateral thinking
  
• Good communication and presentation skills
  
• Proficient in AutoCAD with excellent CAD management skill, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max/Viz, and Microsoft Office
  
• Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
