Ok lets start with mama pic before I post my recipe for today, hehe, mentel sikit lah ek.....so long tak post pic kat blog.....
Today mama will share with all a simple recipe also, BERGEDIL.............I bet everyone loves to eat bergedil......it can be eaten with mee soto, mee kuah, segala jenis mee yg sewaktu dengan nye ok.......n also boleh di makan bersama nasi or even lontong ):
This recipe was given by my mother-in law to me when first time I nak learnt how to make for hubby...it was like few yrs ago when we just got married, 20 yrs ago to be exact.
The ingredients :
Potato - 1 kilo (cut into pcs than fry with oil, it can be boil also for those who are concious abt the cholesterol, but mama prefer to fry it)
Minced meat - 1/2 kilo (disangar without oil)
Daun Sup - agak-agak (20 cents enough)
Bawang goreng - 1 medium packet (ready made from market)
Lada putih - agak-agak
Egg - untuk di gunakan mencelup bergedil sebelum di goreng
After deep fried potato, mashed hingga lumat. Add in the minced meat, pepper, daun sup, bawang goreng, sedikit salt and di gaul hingga sebati.
Bulat2kan adunan tadi dan leperkan sedikit.
Pukul telur than celupkan bergedil tadi before frying.
The results after frying......yummm yummm...So tunggu aper lagi yer..............tomorrow kan weekeds, may be masih ade lagi yg still buat open house, so why not make this bergedil one of yr menu.......senang kan :):):)

nak tanya, mcm mana nak avoid bergedil tu drpd pecah dua sewaktu menggoreng?
hi syahira, waalaikumsalam....that is why mama suka goreng the kentang dari rebus........kalau rebus when u fried that time dia tak melekat and will pecah dua...i tried rebus n fried, so far the fried ones mama no problem...and also make sure bergedil tu di salut betul with eggs n time goreng tu api jangan besar sangat k dearie....hope this helps with yr queries :)

ooooohhhhh bagedil... my fav!!!! mkn dgn apa pun sedap. tapi klu mkn begitu ajer pun lagi sedap dan tak tau berenti...kekekeke. lepas tu rasa bersalah sbb ter "over" mkn!!! hua hua hua....
mak pah......haha betul, kalau kecik-kecik lagi tak rasa kan kak, hehe..
