It’s going to be a long holiday this week, to those yg not going anywhere, lazying around at home, lets try these few simple holiday breakfast and simple holiday cookies recipes that is deliciously simple, fast and easy. LETS GET EGGYYYYYYYY AND CHOCOLATELY VOGUERRSSSS…..
French Toast Casserole (TRIED AND TESTED)"Tastes good for breakfast, just like French toast. It's easy to make too! Serve warm with maple syrup on top."
5 cups bread cubes
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup white sugar, divided
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon margarine, softened
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly butter an 8x8 inch baking pan.
2. Line bottom of pan with bread cubes. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt and vanilla. pour egg mixture over bread. Dot with margarine; let stand for 10 minutes.
3. Combine remaining 2 tablespoons sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over the top. Bake in preheated oven about 45 to 50 minutes, until top is golden

2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
Directions
1. Cut each slice of bread twice diagonally to make each slice into 4 triangles.
2. Beat together eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Dip the bread slices into egg mixture.
3. Heat butter over medium-high heat in a frying pan or skillet. Cook bread until golden brown. Serve warm with your favorite topping.

1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 small tomato, seeded and chopped
Directions
1. In a small bowl, beat eggs. Add green pepper, milk, onions, salt and pepper. Pour into a lightly greased skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are nearly set. Add the tomato; cook and stir until heated through.

Directions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk using a fork. Whisk in the salt and pepper.
2. Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, and cook. Stir, scrape, and cut up the eggs while cooking until no liquid remains. Enjoy!

1 cup peanut butter (mama tried using chunky peanut butter, the results are heaven)
1 egg
18 milk chocolate candy kisses, unwrapped
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine sugar, peanut butter, and egg.
3. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. NOTE: If dough is too sticky, refrigerate 1/2 hour or until easy to handle.
4. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove cookies from oven. Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each warm cookie

3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
36 chocolate mint wafer candies
Directions
1. In a large pan over low heat, cook butter, sugar and water until butter is melted. Add chocolate chips and stir until partially melted. Remove from heat and continue to stir until chocolate is completely melted. Pour into a large bowl and let stand 10 minutes to cool off slightly.
2. At high speed, beat in eggs, one at a time into chocolate mixture. Reduce speed to low and add dry ingredients, beating until blended. Chill dough about 1 hour.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
4. Roll dough into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake 8-10 minutes. While cookies are baking unwrap mints and divide each in half. When cookies are brought out of the oven, put 1/2 mint on top of each cookie. Let the mint sit for up to 5 minutes until melted, then spread the mint on top of the cookie. Eat and enjoy!

Ingredients
1 cup butter
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
5 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup flaked coconut
3 cups rolled oats
1. Mix oatmeal and coconut together in a large bowl.
2. Put other ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. When mixture comes to a boil, let it boil for 2 minutes.(any longer your cookies will be crumbly, any shorter, your cookies will be gooey)
3. Remove from heat and pour over the oatmeal-coconut mixture. Working quickly now, mix well and drop by spoon onto waxed paper. Let sit until firm and cool. Excellent for freezing.
